8 mile guided trail run from Tegg's Nose Country Park, through Macclesfield Forest to the summit of Shuttlingsloe (506m), back down skirting Nessit Hill and no less than 4 reservoirs! Finally we make the ascent to Tegg's Nose (380m) where a warm cuppa awaits at the Visitor Center.
