I am slow runner but I do keep going.
In 2009 I welcomed the runners back for the charity that we support, while we were at London Marathon this is where I realized that all sorts of people could run, when I only thought it was only for elites, especially marathons.
I have run over a 100 marathons, but I still challenge myself so I plan to complete 52 marathons in 52 weeks.
I have gained my LiRF qualification and love being able to give back to the sport that I love.
