I have been a GP for 20 years. Over the past 4 years I have become very fit and shed 20 kgs. It has not been easy but the benefits I have felt have been huge. As I approach my 50th birthday I feel energised and enthusiastic for life.
So many of the modern chronic diseases can be helped by lifestyle changes. I am keen to help people with chronic health problems make the necessary changes.
I have recently qualified as a run leader and hope to support people through running as well as other activities.
