About this run

Following our successful couch to 5K in the summer I thought it would be good to continue the running and gradually build our stamina. We will run at the pace of the slowest for 40 minutes. We can chat about our health and how we can improve our fitness and diet to maximise our health. Open to all . If you are interested in coming for even one session but not sure if you are ready please get in touch or just turn up. We hope to accommodate as many as possible. Meet outside Frome Medical Practice.
