Beginners Running Course

This is the start of your running journey. This 10 week course is for complete beginners or those coming back from a long break or injury. We start off with a walk and jog and gradually build up over the weeks. All sessions include a warm up, main session at any pace and a cool down. I look forwards to starting your running journey with you. PLEASE BOOK FOR ALL 10 SESSIONS.
