The reason I started our club was the absolute buzz you get when you see people who thought they could not run, or that it was not for them, complete their first 5K with the biggest smile on their face. That feeling is contagious and why wouldn't you want to share it. The running community is so welcoming - we are just glad when someone decides to join us. Non runners think runners are judging them - and that is so far from the case.
