Flitch Green Runners

Flitch Green Runners is a running group for all abilities ages 12 upwards. We meet on Thursdays every week and every other Tuesday and Saturday. The Thursdays are interval sessions. The Tuesdays are group trail runs with the winter period requiring a headtorch. The Saturdays are a running specific circuit session. We have many complete beginners but equally established athletes find the Thursday interval sessions provide a good workout - as with all things "you get out what you put in".
