About this run
A walk/jog programme over 12 weeks. Learn to run within a local open space with like minded people. You can walk a bit, jog a bit and gradually over the 12 weeks we will look to increase the jogging part. We try and reach a goal of a 3k run on week 6 and a 5k goal on week 7, its fine you walk and jog there is no pressure as the sessions are aimed at mixed abilities. At the end of the walk/jog section we participate in a running drill to help improve your fitness levels, we do things like speed sessions, interval training, hill sessions and lots lots more. If you book on a Saturday session but cant make it you can always swap to the sunday session and vica versa. Please note once booked on the sessions there are no refunds for missed sessions due to illness, injury holidays etc. Once booked on no refunds if you change your mind. This is a 1 hour session. Course fees are non transferrable and non refundable for whatever reason.
