About this run
A 15 week course for people that are currently runners. We alternate between continuous runs and running drills. We change locations each week and a schedule of our meets will be emailed to you once you have signed up. A friendly group of supportive people all on the same mission to enjoy their love of running. Please ensure you read all the information on the website prior to signing up. Please ask any questions before you sign up if there is anything you are unsure of.
