Garden Cafe Runners
About our group
A free, sociable, women-only running and jogging group, suitable for beginners and experienced runners. If you're new to running we'll support you through those challenging first weeks, building up to about 50 minutes of sociable running every week. If you're already a runner, here is a regular, friendly run that you can do at your own pace. Choose to lose yourself in your own thoughts or chat along with others. We have lovely routes around Oxford, including parks, the river, occasional hills, and every now and then we do a structured speed or hills session, just to keep us on our toes. And afterward we go to the wonderful Garden Cafe for coffee and cake!
