About our group
Godalming Gliders is a new group, starting in September 2019, focusing on good running form and technique, while increasing running stamina.
This group is led by Helen, a Leader in Running Fitness. She has the knowledge and expertise to inprove your running technique and endurance.
This group is open to a wide variety of runners, from beginners to those who can comfortably run long distances.
