About this run

Welcome to Power Endurance. There are still some Covid restrictions so you need to book in . Expect Drills Dynamic stretches, warm up, drills, HIIT and a timed power endurance session. This is a hard session ideal for those with a good base fitness. The session will be between 6 and 9 miles, with around 27-33 minutes of hard effort. The most important session of the week - injury proof yourself and see your times get better and better!
