Beginning to Run 2022

Beginning to Run is open to all abilities. It’s perfect if you’re new to exercise – the plan is all about starting slowly and building up your distance gradually in intervals. We aim to support you to be able to run for 30 minutes in just 9 weeks. You will need clothing and footwear suitable for exercise, although this does not have to be expensive kit. We also ask that you commit to running 3 times per week (two organised sessions with the group and one in your own time) in order to progress through the programme. The programme starts on Tuesday 26 April 2022 and sessions will be every Tuesday and Thursday at 18:45 from Grantham Tennis Club, at a one-off cost of just £10 for the entire 9 weeks! All participants who complete from the 9 week programme will receive a technical t-shirt and be invited to a celebration graduation event. Please note that places must be pre-booked by clicking on the session below and we cannot accept entries on the night.
