Our Beginning to Run programme (formerly Couch 2 5K) is open to all abilities, and you don’t have to be fit to take part. It’s perfect if you’re new to exercise – the plan is all about starting slowly and building up your distance gradually. We aim to support you to be able to run for 30 minutes, in just 10 weeks. The programme starts on Wednesday 5 May 2021 and runs every Monday and Wednesday, at a cost of just £10 for the entire 10 weeks. All participants who complete the course will receive a technical t-shirt and an invitation to a celebration graduation event. Participants must ensure appropriate clothing for exercise is worn, including footwear designed for running. Please book your place on the programme by clicking on the session below.
