We have taken all future runs down the website at present due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. As soon as we're able to reinstate our running sessions we will and will let all members know when they can book.
We usually meet on a Tuesday evening at 5.30pm. Each run-meet session begins with 10-15 minutes of warm-up exercises including running drills and stretching to help loosen the body, warm-up the muscles and prepare us for our run.
All runs start from the Green Heart on the University of Birmingham campus.
We have recently begun doing a 10k route at 7am on Thursday mornings.
