Our group runs

We've found 0 runs at location: Cuore restaurant on the Green Heart

We usually meet on a Tuesday evening at 5.30pm. Each run-meet session begins with 10-15 minutes of warm-up exercises including running drills and stretching to help loosen the body, warm-up the muscles and prepare us for our run.

We have delayed our return to group running due to the national and local social restrictions.
