Our group runs

We usually meet on a Tuesday evening at 5.30pm. Each run-meet session begins with 10 minutes of warm-up exercises including running drills and stretching to help loosen the body, warm-up the muscles and prepare us for our run.  Our usual run routes are 5km but we have options for extend or shorten routes for runners who want to do more or less.  We cater for all runners not matter their experience or pace.
