I'm a 62 year old man, been running most of my adult life. I really enjoy parkrun every Saturday morning - I go to Severn Valley Country parkrun in Alveley. I have guided a VI runner round our parkrun - it was a challenge but was great fun - I'd love to do it again. I do parkruns in 24 minutes, but I do run up to 10k, mostly off road but will guide on roads too. I'm not a member of a club. I would welcome beginners - to me it's not about speed but about getting out there and enjoying running. I live in Kidderminster.
