We have two groups each week:
Tuesday's at 6.30pm is for runners who can confidently run 3 miles, we usually have 3 and 4 mile routes which enables you to run a comfortable 3 or 4 miles, or push yourself and run a fast 3 or 4 miles. Throughout the summer months we do run up to 6 miles.
Saturday's we meet at 8am, this is for confident runners who can happily run at least 3 miles, our Saturday sessions cover a wide range of distances from 3 miles to 10 miles, they vary from week to week in terrain difficulty and speed.
