Interval training is the way to get fitter and faster. Whether you're training for a race PB, to be a stronger runner or to make those longer runs feel a bit easier, this training will work for you. It's not just for people training for the Bath Half 2020 – it's for runners who like shorter or longer distances, and for people who don't like to race as much as for those who love a medal. As long as you can run about 5K you will get huge benefit from these sessions.
