About our group

Hatherletes is a sociable ladies running group who cater for complete beginners through to intermediate recreational runners (up to approx 8 min miling).  Faster runners are coached on a 121 basis.

Hatherletes is led by Sarah Gyles, a qualified Athletics coach, personal trainer and run leader with a Sports degree in fitness and coaching.  Sarah specialises in getting complete novices out running and helping individuals to adopt a new lifestyle with running at the forefront of of their new fitness regimen.  Sarah is also working towards her MSc in Sports Psychology with a view to helping the Hatherletes overcome barriers to running and acheive their full potential.

Sarah offers 121s to men and women in run coaching and personal training (boxing fitness, kettlebells, body weight).  

Hatherletes running group meet 3-4 times per week.  Monday and Wednesday evenings, 6:30pm (£2.50 per session). Wednesday 10am term time only (£3 per session or a reduced termly).  Trail runs on occasional Saturdays / Sundays at 9am. Marathon clubs Jan-April. 

We always meet at at Hatherley library carpark.
