Angela started running in 2002. To begin with she started running to improve her physical well being but soon noticed the benefits of social running.
Angela has encouraged individuals and groups to get into running over the past six years. She is very supportive and enthusiastic and definitely has the running bug. She regularly runs distances from 5 km to marathons and loves running in a group. She actively supports and encourages runners of all abilities.
Angela has been a run leader since 2015 and is a friendly, welcoming team member.
