Katharine Jones

I am a qualified UKA endurance running coach and Run Leader. Having had a lifelong passion for running, enjoying several years of taking part in events both in this country and abroad, I decided that it would be fantastic to share that enthusiasm, and encourage more people to fall in love with running like me.
I created the Holly Hill Running group at the beginning of 2010, and gradually this group grew into the large successful group that it is now. Over the years I've led many beginner courses, and watched as those beginners develop into runners who want to take part in events ranging from park runs up to marathons. But, perhaps the thing that I'm most proud of is the wonderful friendships that I've seen develop.
After 12 years I have decided to take more of a backseat with the groups now, and will be just be providing cover and advice when needed. However, I very much hope to be able to continue to join in with the groups in the future as they are such fun and I shall miss the people too much to keep away.
