About this run

This group is aimed at anyone who can run 3+ miles and wants to improve their current level of fitness. Each week we do a different form of interval, hill, or exercise session which are all designed to help improve your running technique, strength and speed. We start each session with a good warm up and some running drills, after which we will either go into the idyllic Holly Hill woodland park, or use local footpaths and quiet roads for our run. Everyone at the group is friendly, and there is plenty of chat and laughter. However, we do work hard and challenge ourselves - after all, that's what makes us better runners. After each session I send out an email containing feedback, and more running advice and tips to keep you motivated and wanting to come back for more. Newcomers are welcome to a free session. Please note that all our running groups will adhere to the most up to date Covid 19 guidelines issued by England Athletics
