About this run

These sessions are great for anyone who can already run 5+ miles, and want to improve their current level of running fitness, whilst training alongside like-minded people. Each week we will do a different style session which will be designed to challenge you, and help improve your running technique, speed and strength. We will include warm up exercises and drills, as well as cool down and stretching at the end. After each session I send out an email providing feedback, guidance, and running tips to help keep you going. We are a very friendly fun group. Yes, we work hard at the sessions, but we have fun doing it. Newcomers are welcome to a free trial session to see how you find us. Please contact me if you'd like find out more.
