About this run

This group is great for anyone who can already run 5+ miles, and wants to improve their current level of running fitness. All newcomers are welcome to a free trial session before committing to attend the remainder of the course. Each week a session will be designed to challenge you, improving your running technique, speed and strength. We will include warm up exercises and drills, as well as a cool down and stretching session at the end. Sessions will take place either in the idyllic Holly Hill woodland park, or in local surrounding tarmac footpaths and quiet roads.
