About this run

These sessions are great for anyone who can already run 5+ miles, and want to improve their current level of running fitness, whilst training alongside like-minded people. Each week we will do a different style session all designed to challenge you, and help improve your running technique, speed and strength. We will include warm up exercises and drills, as well as a cool down and stretching session at the end. After each session I shall provide feedback on the session you've just done plus some running advice and tips to keep you going. Newcomers are welcome to a free trial session before committing to attend the remainder of the course.
