Hyde Striders - runners new to the club & guests Monday run

This is for people running already and coming to the club for the first time to try us out or as guests. This is not our Stride Out for Beginners Course. More info about that is here: http://hydevillagestriders.org.uk/stride_out Please sign up and book on a run so that we know you are coming and have your details. We regularly have six groups running with pace ranges from 12 minute miles to 7 minute miles and distances from 3 miles to 10 miles. If you come along to Astley for 18:15 and ask anybody in running kit to introduce you to a coach they will take good care of you.
