About our group
I Can Run CIC is a unique women only running group based in Suffolk in the East of England. We are registered as a Social Enterprise/Community Interest Company.
We are a non-affiliated running club. Currently with no membership fees we offer free group runs and low cost beginners sessions in Ipswich, Felixstowe, Needham Market and Stowmarket and soon in Bury St Edmunds.
FREE RUN LOCATIONS
IPSWICH - Tuesdays, 7.30pm from Christchurch Park
STOWMARKET - Wednesdays, 7.30pm Chiltern Fields Rugby Club
BURSY ST EDMUNDS - Tuesdays 7.30pm, Skyliner sports centre
NEEDHAM MARKET - Thursdays, 7.30pm Crowley Park, top of Barratts Lane
FELIXSTOWE - Thursdays 7pm, end of the prom, near the Fludyers hotel
All our runs are supported by wonderful vounteer run leaders (#TeamGreen) who will ensure no-one gets left behind.
You run at your own risk - please let a run leader know if you have an injury or a health condition that may efffect your sesssion.
