We have hired the track at Northgate to allow our runners to continue through the winter in a safe, lit environment, as well as the opportunity to practice some speed drills. We will have run leaders available for support and advice and will provide a warm up and cool down. You are very welcome to just come along and do your own thing as well, this is your space for your pace. See you there!
