I CANi RUN! The lovely Dawn Hopper from Canicross – Colchester Essex Canispsort Club has kindly offered to advise us on a special one-off event. Here, she will give advice and demonstrate on: How to put a harness on your dog Commands to learn and teach your dog while you are running Dog first aid When it is not safe for your dog to run Warming up with your dog Dawn will also have various harnesses for you to try before going to the expense of buying one that doesn’t suit you or your dog and has offered to set up a mini course for you to try to run with your dog. In addition, there will be hot drinks and cakes for the two legged participants and maybe a treat or two for the four legged ones! (no running involved if you don't want to!)
