About this run

Our popular I Can Run NOW course starts on June 20th and meets every week for 6 weeks at Stowmarket Rugby club at 7pm. A 6 week women only beginners running course led by England Athletic qualified running leaders. Suitable for those who may not have exercised for many years, those who need a bit more confidence and those who maybe returning to running after a break or an injury. A perfect 'step' out of the front door into activity. Sessions can last up to an hour. Unlike 'Couch to 5k' this programme does not aim for non-stop running. The aim is for you to understand that walking is not a weakness during running distances, that exercising as a group can be great and that you CAN run without feeling completely exhausted. We know you'll love the feeling you'll get from sharing a safe space with others in the same boat as you. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOW CLOSED FOR NEW BOOKINGS
