About this run

Leaving from Fox House, we will take the path the Padley Gorge and head along side the stream, making our way to Grindleford Train Station and Café, where we will take a long ascent up towards the Longshaw Estate. Picking up a section of the Trust 10 route, before returning to the Fox House Car Park. Trail shoes required as an absolute minimum. You should be able to run at least 4 or 5 road miles and be capable of walking a steep incline of about 1.5km
