Hello,

I love running and want to promote running and fitness in the local Woodley and Berkshire area. I started running in about 2001 and have since completed many parkruns, 10ks, half marathons and marathons.

I offer some sessions improving running fitness, some 4 to 5 mile runs starting in Woodley but my favourite is coaching  couch to 5K.
