These sessions are for those who used to run (a bit) but have lost the habit and want to get back to it. Aim is to be able to enjoy running again and to feel good about it. No pressure to run at a fast pace or to cover a particular distance. Willing to try and accommodate individual goals! All welcome. Try to attend every week or just drop-in when you can. The first session is set up so that £12 can be paid online to cover ALL sessions. Otherwise, pay as you go £2 a session. Please book (which you can do for any session without paying) so we know you are intending to turn up! Get in touch if you want any more information or if you have any concerns.
