A session focussed on increasing ability through speed work and/or incline or hill training These sessions suit anyone who has previously completed JogSquad Couch to 5km or regular 5km or beyond runners who want to up their pace or skill in a friendly group environment All sessions include a warm up and cool down, and may include relays, parlauf runs, timed runs, or something else - no two weeks are the same! Coffee/cake is often on offer in the Whitelands Farm coffee shop at the end of the session Please wear hi-vis and arrive 5 mins before the session start time
