About this run

Our programme over approx. 8 weeks takes complete beginner runners to parkrun in Bicester on 2 November This course enables you to attend one or two sessions of the three you need to do each week in a fun and friendly group with a qualified Coach in Running Fitness who’ll build your confidence and your skills Sessions with the Coach take place on a Thursday evening and a Saturday morning (but please note, there are a couple of changes in the course due to bank holidays and other commitments (please check you can attend all dates before booking as we are unable to refund sessions) To secure your place you MUST book and ATTEND at least one of the sessions in each calendar week, and be able to come for a coffee and chat session on Monday 2 September at 630pm. Discount of 10% for multiple bookings. No cash payments available. Please use the separate ink to book the Saturday sessions This will be our seventh course of this super popular and fun programme!
