#RockUpnRun Extra is a stocking filler run that will take place every Sunday on the run up to Christmas. Distances will be a round the 10k + (ish) with runs being either on road, trail or a mix of both. Some could be an “out & back” because of the geography - other routes will be a tour. Locations will vary each week but we wont be straying to far from Kendal as we want to keep driving to a minimum. The runs will be fun with opportunity to stop regroup, take pics, grab something to eat and drink. If you are considering running with us for the first time, we promise a warm welcome, friendly faces with fantastic support from the start to the finish. All those joining us must bring with them a waterproof jacket, hat, gloves and be able to carry a drink with them. Its "pay as you run" but we do need a minimum of 5 runners each week for these runs to happen.
