About this run
Just for beginners runners group, predominately for people who are new to running or haven't run for a long time or just want to get a bit fitter. You will be supported by friendly qualified running coaches who will try and help you to improve your running and fitness. The training will be a slow and steady build up over 12 weeks climaxing in taking part in a local 6 km run at your own pace. "Remember, the feeling that you get from running is far better than the feeling you get from sitting around wishing you were running"
