About our group
Alex and I both run as part of our training for 10k, half and full marathons as well as tri competitions at both sprint and standard level.
We love to see people advance through from the 'I can't run, it's boring, it hurts.........' to the 'I quite like it (particularly when it's over) .......' levels. We like to make the session's fun & social - lots of new friends are made during the course of the runs either through sharing the pain or delighting in each other's achievements.
We will include a little speed and hill work to help with pace and off road to help with endurance and stability, strengthening those joints for the longer runs.
Come down and join us - we have all ages and all abilities and lots of different routes to try!
