About our group
A friendly and FREE beginners running group - a 9 week programme for people who don’t or can’t run but want to start!
We will be putting on weekly sessions, starting on 10th October, designed to help you gradually and safely start running. From starting out as somebody who struggles to run for 1 minute, after just 9 weeks you will find you can run for 30 minutes without stopping. We will support you through the programme, and if you stick with it, you will surprise yourself with what you can achieve.
All leaders are qualified England Athletics run leaders, and most started out running just like you - on the C25K programme!
