At Kingfisher Harriers club runs, we like every one to run together as much as we can so we split the club into 3 groups each running the same route. The faster runners might do an extra loop of the course or part of it, they might run the opposite direction. This enables us to have maximum interaction between our runners. At this part of the run we have high fives galore.  We have many different routes that we use to ensure every one has a great running experience no matter what ability they are. Happy running all.
