About this run

Hill Reps up the a self contained grass reservation on Brook Lane. Alternate effort with rest - interval training. We will run up on the grass and take our recovery down. The level of challenge is your choice - within the structure of the session you decide what your pace is as you push yourself and you decide the recovery pace - slow run/walk. We take a break in the middle of the session which lasts 50+ minutes overall. We will warm up before hill repping and then s-t-r-e-t-c-h out afterwards. Road/trail shoes are suitable. Fluorescent/reflective clothing is required.
