About this run

The session is split into two parts Part one is a skills focused session focused on developing running technique. This will also cover running warm up techniques as well as running form. Part two will focus on putting these techniques into practice through a running focused section using speedwork such as fartleks and pyramids with guidance and reminders on the techniques whilst you run
