About this run

Speed training session focused on gradually increasing speed for shorter durations of time. Runners start with an 8, 4, 2 and 1 min run, increasing pace each time. Pace is determined by runners. There is a short recovery between segments. Once at the top there is a short HIIT sprint before runners repeat the 1, 2, 4 and 8 min segments at decreasing pace.
