Jane Morgan

I started running a few years ago and used the NHS couch to 5k programme. I thought I would last about 3 weeks but I made it through the end and amazed myself. I ran my first 5k, the week after completing the programme, at Worcester parkrun - their inaugural event, I came last but I didn't care it was my proudest moment. I have since run more than a few 5ks (mainly parkrun), a handful of 10ks (virtual races and organised races) and a few half marathons. I have made some great friends through running and always find running a great destresser. I became a LiRF in September 2015 and throughly enjoy helping people achieve their running goals.
