About this run

Meet at Pomphrey Hill car park for 7am. We will run down onto the cycle path then turn off and into the Warmley Forest muddy trails for a trail run between 15-20km around the Forest trails and back in time for the Pomphrey Park run at 9am if you're brave to stay and do this as well. The pace will be between 8 - 9:40min mile pace or 5 - 6min KM pace or there abouts. Its also going to be dark at 7am so you may want to bring along a head torch, Trail shoes recommended as well. Please register if interested in this paced trail run.
