Every Tues (social) and Thurs (with leader) 7.45pm all year around. Following the frame work of the Run Together "Get Me Started" and "Keep Me Going" sessions: GET ME STARTED - Using the C25k programme and free ONE YOU app - which has been designed to get you off the couch and running in just 9 weeks - Please download the app. This is suitable for you if you're a beginner runner/ jogger, or if you've not run for a while and want a gentle introduction. There is no minimum standard or level of experience. It's fine to walk a bit, jog a bit, walk a bit more. KEEP ME GOING -These runs are suitable for anyone who has completed the couch 25k programme, feels ready to take the next step, if you generally run at least twice per month and feel comfortable running/jogging around 5km without stopping. Beginners will follow the c25k weekly programme around the Abbey grounds. And the more confident runners will extend their distance around the Abbey grounds and beyond.
