Run at your pace; all we ask is no one runs alone and you are back within the hour. We have 3 loops ranging from 5 to 9 km with a qualified EA run leader to warm you up and look after you. It's a lovely social atmosphere where you can catch up with friends and like minded runners. Included with membership. Contact us for a free trial session
