About our group
We are a a club that works with our members to help them understand how they run. Working with them to become stronger and more effiecient, to help them achieve their goals.
We do this in a friendly fun atmosphere, led by qualified instructors ensuring your safety and development.
Each session is part of a Coaching programme written with a Sports Injury Therapist & Biomechanics of Running Coach.
